Born into a family with food allergies and intolerance, I have been preparing, or at least helping to prepare in my younger days, gluten free foods. My mother was the first diagnosed in our family, 13 years ago. That is when she started perfecting her recipes that have been handed down to me. Since then, my two sisters and I have joined the ranks. These gluten free products are my family tradition that I am sharing with you.
Our main focus is to provide non-contaminated gluten free products that are delicious and satisfying. We have an ever expanding menu, with new recipes developing based on what our clients want and need.
